We strive to provide the highest quality of care and products. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and service credits:

Product Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: No returns accepted. Exchange only. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Tamper-Evident Policy: Products that have been opened, used, or whose seals have been broken are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Peptides: Due to the sensitive nature of these products, all peptide sales are final. Peptides are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of whether they have been tampered with.

Service & Treatment Policy

  • Results-Based Services: We do not offer cash refunds for aesthetic services—including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, or equivalent procedures—should the results not meet personal expectations.

  • The Science of Aesthetics: Please note that individual results vary based on biology and lifestyle. We are happy to schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss your results and potential adjustments.

Refunds & Boutique Credit

  • No Cash Back: We do not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds.

  • Spa Discretion: Eligibility for boutique credit is determined solely at the discretion of the spa management.

  • Credit Expiration: Any issued boutique credit must be utilized within 180 days. After this period, the credit will expire and will no longer be valid for use.
